Metromorphosis (Light Rail Station Artwork)

City of Phoenix, 24th St and Washington and Jefferson Street Stations

The cast bronze artwork "Metromorphosis" offers an interpretation of Phoenix's local history, and transformation through imagery that reflects both the passage of time, and the station's immediate surrounding horizon. The artwork is of a site specific nature and is intendet to create a sense of place.

Kevin's artwork conceptually reflects a combination of his own personal experience and an appreciation for the surrounding natural desert environment.
